[fade]Rocio

In 2017, in a sudden twist of fate, I found myself in the beautiful jungles of Bali, Indonesia where I completed a month-long, intensive yoga certification, along with 30 other women from around the world.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different walks of life. I teach Chair Yoga to seniors, Yin and Restorative Yoga for people who have been injured and/or are healing their bodies and Hatha and Vinyasa for yogis looking to still the mind and strengthen the body.

Yoga has been a beautiful life journey and I hope to always be a student of the practice and help others in their growth and healing. [/fade]

Fitness changed my life. I was not always in shape. After learning more about exercise, I fell in love with fitness and it helped ground me in everything that I did. I pursued a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science at Syracuse University and have since worked with Olympic athletes in Hong Kong, as well as Division 1 Collegiate athletes in the US. Watching them train lit a spark in me and ever since then I have been pushing myself and giving 100% at the gym. I would love to inspire and motivate everyone to adopt a healthy lifestyle, discipline, train hard, while enjoying it every step of the way![/fade]

Movement haus

Benchmark Group has been goal-driven from the start. Since launching in 1999, we have set out to achieve a new standard in health, fitness, and high-performance living. Even individually, our services address health and wellness holistically. Our approach is integrative. We believe optimal living depends equally on the conditions in which we live as it does on how we live. The environments where we train, recover, and sleep should reflect the highest benchmark of wellness. As we grew, we realized the need to concretize this by including a  design component. In 2010, we introduced Movement Haus-branded spaces, which have transformed the way people engage in and benefit from their residential and corporate amenities.

Just as elite athletes operating at peak performance, our spaces are adaptive and responsive. Our Movement Haus designs uphold uniform standards but are tailor-made and site-specific. We build lifestyles for living and performing your best, long-term.
