You will learn to how to quiet your mind, renew your spirit, increase flexibility, and improve your overall wellness.
Also available through private or semi-private in-home sessions, our Pilates classes shape, tone, and lengthen your physique. The Pilates series incorporates all muscle groups without creating bulk, and strengthens the core, including abs, lower back, glutes, and inner thighs. [/fade]
