Yoga Workshop
Get ready to breathe. Now inhale and gently exhale.
Relieve stress, build strength, alignment and improve flexibility with mindfulness-based yoga class for all levels. Explore the dynamics of breath and movement through challenging, but accessible foundational yoga postures. Building on the previous week’s efforts, you’ll leave each class feeling empowered, energized and more aware of the mind-body connection.
Bootcamp workshop
Challenge yourself and work up a sweat with an hour of circuit training that will have exercises for all levels of fitness and experience.
We will rotate through four stations: explosive upper body, lower body, cardio, and core drills with a combination of free weight and body weight exercises. Look forward to new exercises each week to build your strength and keep the workouts fun, fresh, and exciting. Finish off each work out with a light full body stretch.
